Visio5: "Invalid File Name..." Error When You Run the Organization Chart 98 Wizard and Choose to Enter Data in a New File (254556)

When you run the Visio Organization Chart 98 Wizard and choose to enter the chart's data by using the wizard, after you specify a name for the data file and click Next, you may receive the following error message:
Invalid file name. Please specify another name for your text (or Excel) file.
CAUSE
The error occurs when both of the following conditions are true:
- You use the default location that the wizard provides in which to
save the data file.
- A My Documents folder does not exist on your computer's hard
disk.
RESOLUTION
To solve the problem and continue working with the wizard, change the path to the data file.
To change the path to the data file:- Click OK in the error message box to return to the wizard
page.
- Under File Name, replace My Documents with the name
of a folder that exists on your computer's hard disk or click
Browse to browse to the folder in which you want to save
the data file.
- Click Next to create the data file and continue working
with the wizard to build your organization chart.
