SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view instances of any of the Message Queue (MSMQ) classes by using the Microsoft Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) Tester (Wbemtest.exe), an access violation (AV) can occur.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
