SYMPTOMS

When you have the Bandwidth Allocation Protocol (BAP) configured on your Windows 2000-based computer, you may not be able to bring up additional links when the Use my Windows Logon Username and Password option is selected in the connection.

RESOLUTION

Clear the Use my Windows Logon Username and Password option in the connection.
