SYMPTOMS

When you are using Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) and you try to change the media format of calls or the format of media stream terminals, you cannot do so.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, create a new call or media stream terminal.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
