SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Hibernation feature, it may not work correctly, or it may not work at all.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using a Leadtek Geforce video adapter with a Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) dated 11/12/99 or earlier.
