SYMPTOMS
When you are logged on to the network and your password expires, when you try to start Outlook 98, many Event ID 535s are generated and logged in the server security log.
Outlook 98 doesn't bring up the User Credential dialog box to let you change your password from Outlook 98, instead, it brings up a Network Error dialog box.
CAUSE
The Exchange Server address provider state computer is not handling the invalid user credentials correctly.
