SNA Server Access Violation During Single Sign-On Processing (254015)

SYMPTOMS

The SNA Server service (Snaservr.exe) may stop unexpectedly with an Access Violation error message in the s1plssof function or s1plsnd function while handling a single sign-on request following a restart of the service. When this occurs, the following Windows NT application event is logged:

If the Drwtsn32.exe file is configured as the default Windows NT debugger, a Drwtsn32.log entry is also created. The following is an example of an entry that may be created (note the function names):
