SYMPTOMS

When you print the Address Book in Phone List format, the phone numbers do not line up correctly.

CAUSE

The issue can occur when both of the following conditions are met:
  • You are printing in the Phone List format.
  • You list multiple phone numbers for the same contact.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
