OL2000: Can Not Open a Web Page From the Web Toolbar (253421)

SYMPTOMS

When you run Outlook using Microsoft Windows NT Terminal Server Edition, and use the Web toolbar to view a Web site, you may receive the following error message:
You do not have permissions to run the Internet Connection Wizard. Contact your system administrator.

WORKAROUND

If you click the Refresh Current Page button on the Web toolbar, the Web page loads properly.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
