OL2000: The Create New Word Document Option Is Not Available (253404)

When you run Outlook using Microsoft Windows 2000 Terminal Services, the option to create a new blank word document may not be available.
WORKAROUND
You can work around this problem by starting Microsoft Word before you try to create a new document from Outlook.
