SUMMARY

When you run Outlook on Microsoft Windows NT Terminal Server Edition, you cannot import ECCO data.

MORE INFORMATION

To import ECCO data, Outlook requires ECCO to be installed and running on the same computer. ECCO does not run in a Windows Terminal Server session.
