XCCC: Unable to Delete Expired Conferences from the Site Conference Calendar Mailbox (252790)

When the conference organizer deletes an expired online conference item from his or her calendar, the corresponding calendar item is not deleted from the Site Conference Calendar Mailbox.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Microsoft Outlook does not prompt the user to send an update to recipients for expired items, which include all conference participants and conference resources. When the conference resource is not updated, the calendar item remains in the Site Conference Calendar Mailbox because the conference resource is responsible for updating the Conference Management Service.
RESOLUTION
To delete the expired online conference from the Site Conference Calendar Mailbox, an administrator should log on to the Conference Calendar Mailbox and manually delete the expired conference items.

This behavior is by design.
