Install Midtown Multiplayer Patch

To download and install the Midtown Multiplayer Patch (Mmpat.exe) from the following Microsoft Web site:

Update Your Video Driver

To prevent you or any other player from enjoying an unfair advantage over another player, you are unable to change the tuning parameters of any vehicle.
You are unable to select a locked vehicle when you join a multiplayer session.
