SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to copy or move files using Windows Explorer, you may receive the following error message:

Fatal Error - Unable to create instance of the required object: FileProxy.


This article also solves the following error message:
illegal operation: explorer caused an invalid page fault in module cfssvr~1.dll.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you have Allaire HomeSite 4.5 or Cold Fusion installed on your computer.
