SYMPTOMS

On a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000, you may not be able to use the infrared interface to transfer a file to a computer that is under a "roaming desktop" and IntelliMirror policy. You may receive a "disk is full" error message.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the infrared interface is not synchronizing properly, the Client Side Caching is enabled, and there is no networking connectivity. Roaming desktop and IntelliMirror operations cannot be processed. The fix correctly allows the CSC to hold the information until the computer is connected to the network.
