SYMPTOMS
Earlier versions of the message transfer agent (MTA) did not allows users to route messages based on the content type of the message.
CAUSE
The capability to route messages based on the content type of the message is a new feature in the current routing algorithm of the MTA.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
