When you try to start a mail merge in Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
The operation failed due to network or other communication problems. Check your connections and try again.
If you click New Letter to Contact on the Actions menu while using the Letter Wizard, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to start Letter Wizard.
CAUSE
These behaviors may occur if Norton Antivirus 2000 or Norton Antivirus 2002 is installed on your computer.
RESOLUTIONContact your antivirus software vendor to obtain either an updated version of their product or assistance with reconfiguration of their product which will resolve this problem.
