XCCC: Site Conference Calendar Mailbox Does Not Appear in the "Active Directory Users and Computers" Container (252023)

SYMPTOMS

The Site Conference Calendar Mailbox does not appear in the Active Directory Users and Computers container, where you would expect to find it.

Generally, all user objects are created and displayed within the Active Directory Users and Computers container. However, when creating and designating the Exchange 2000 Site Conferencing Calendar Mailbox along with specific conference resources within the Exchange System Manager, these objects are stored in a different container. To view and administer these objects, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Administrative Tools.
  2. Click Active Directory Users and Computers.
  3. Click View, and then click Advanced Options.
  4. Go to the following location to locate the Site Conference Calendar Mailbox:

    System\Exchange\Conferencing
