XWEB: Public Folder Favorites Missing in Outlook Web Access Folder Tree (251999)

When you open the public folder tree in the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) client, you cannot view your Favorites folder.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use Microsoft Outlook to view your Favorites.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000.
