XFOR: Attachments in Task Requests Are Stripped When Transmitting from Exchange 2000 (251974)

When a task is assigned with an attachment from Microsoft Outlook to a Lotus Notes user, the attachment is stripped from the message, and does not appear in the message to the Notes user. There is no indication that an attachment was sent.
CAUSE
The attachment is not being properly parsed from the Task form, and is dropped from the message.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
