XADM: "Remove" Option in Exchange 2000 Setup Doesn't Remove EDB Database Files (251902)

SYMPTOMS

When you run Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Setup in Maintenance mode, and you select the Remove option, the Exchange Server database files are not deleted.

CAUSE

By design, Exchange 2000 Server removes only the files that it creates, and it does not remove data files.
