When you are using Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) and you open and accept a meeting from the calendar of the Organizer, a new instance of the same meeting gets created in the calendar of the Organizer.

This behavior also occurs if you "tentatively" accept a meeting. To accept or tentatively accept a meeting, click the Accept or the Tentative button while the meeting invitation form is open.
