SYMPTOMS

When you open a recurring series of appointments in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or earlier, the recurrence page is blank.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Log on to Outlook Web Access (OWA), and compose a recurring appointment.
  2. Save the appointment.
  3. Open the series of appointments from the calendar.
  4. Click the recurrence page link on the toolbar. This page will not show the information on the occurrence of the meeting.
This will also happen if you make a recurring appointment in Outlook, and try to open the series from OWA.
