When you are using Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) with clients such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.7, Contacts that have multiple categories appear multiple times. For example, if you use Microsoft Outlook to create a new Contact that contains three categories, when you use OWA, you see the Contact appear three separate times.
