XCON: Telnet Messages Received with a Blank To Field (251528)

When you are using Telnet to send mail to a Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server computer, the message is received with a blank To field. This behavior is only exhibited when you are using the Telnet utility. You do not see this behavior when you use a regular Microsoft Outlook Express client.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
