that requires a custom form, you may receive the following error message:
The custom form could not be opened Outlook will use an
Outlook form instead. This may prevent the completion of your
program. This error can also occur if the item uses a custom form
written in C++ and that form does not implement IDispatch.

Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)
The SR-1 update suppresses the warning message and loads the
default form so that your program can continue. STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000
SR-1/SR-1a.
