A printer queue may appear to be offline and you may not be able to print.
The status of current print jobs is not available while the printer queue is offline.
CAUSE
The Microsoft NetWare Print Provider dynamic-link library (Nwpp32.dll) assumes that connection number 255 is not a valid connection. When this occurs, the status of print queues is marked as unavailable and the status for existing print jobs is unknown.
