When you attempt to send a picture as an e-mail message from Microsoft Picture It! 99, the Internet Connection Wizard (ICW) for Outlook Express mail starts. However, the Next button may be unavailable in the ICW.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, configure an Internet e-mail account in Outlook Express before you send an e-mail message from Picture-It! 99.
