"Open in New Window" Feature in PCHealth's Help Center Disabled (250240)

When you attempt to use the Open in New Window feature in the Help Center of PCHealth, you receive no response and a new window is not opened.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because the navigation to a new window feature has been disabled.
STATUS
This issue is by design.
