The "No To All" Option is Unavailable in Driver Update Dialog Box (249985)

When you install certain hardware drivers, the No To All option is unavailable in the dialog box that asks you whether or not you want to replace the existing driver with an older version. You have the following options: Yes, No, and No To All. However, only the Yes and No options are available.
CAUSE
For backwards compatibility, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) includes the No To All option, but it is not available.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, you may have to select "No" when the computer prompts you to overwrite the relevant files.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
