OL2000: (CW) Offline Address Book Fails to Resolve the Recipient's Name (249742)

When you create a new e-mail message while working offline and address it using the Offline Address Book (OAB), Outlook fails to resolve the intended recipient's name and misdirects the message.
CAUSE
This issue occurs if the complete download of the OAB is not successful.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
