When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) to query the Address Book, you can see no difference between an individual user and a distribution list. The distribution lists do not appear as bolded entries.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
