XWEB: Cannot Specify a Location When Creating a New Folder (249446)

When you try to create a new folder in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), there is no option to specify the location for the new folder.
WORKAROUND
A new folder can only be created within the currently selected folder.
To create a subfolder under a specific parent folder, change location to the parent folder first. Any new folder you create at this point will be a subfolder of the parent.
For example: If you want to create a subfolder under Inbox, you must first navigate to (and select) the Inbox before you create the folder.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
