FIX: XML Parser Error if Datetime Datatype in Nanoseconds (249221)

The Microsoft XML parser (MSXML) may return a parse error when it handles a dateTime field with a factional-second measurement of more than three digits.

For other operating systems, upgrade to MSXML 2.5 Service Pack 1. This service pack is included in Windows 2000 Service Pack 1.
The MSXML implementation contained in this fix accepts up to nine digits for fractional seconds (nanoseconds) without returning a parse error and is accurate up to three digits (milliseconds). Any digits beyond three are ignored. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in MSXML 2.5 Service Pack 1.
