Scroll Bar Is Disabled When Viewing the Table of Contents for Site Server Documentation (249178)

SYMPTOMS

When you view the Site Server 3.0 documentation through the Web based administration, the scroll bar may be disabled.

CAUSE

This is due to an error in the ActiveX component used to display the Table of Contents (TOC).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, try selecting a lower level directory to enable the scroll bar. If this does not work, you can view the Site Server 3.0 documentation from the Site Server program group.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Site Server 3.0.
