RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are presented.
Install the Latest Video Driver
You may be able to resolve this issue by downloading and installing the latest video driver available for your video adapter.
Contact your video adapter manufacturer for information about how to obtain and install the latest video driver for your video adapter.

Test to see if the issue is resolved. If the issue continues to occur proceed to the next method.
Reduce Graphics Hardware Acceleration
To reduce graphics hardware acceleration:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then
click Control Panel.
- Double-click System.
- Click the Performance tab, and then
click Graphics.
- Move the Hardware Acceleration slider one notch to the left of the current setting.
- Click OK, and then click Close.
- When you are prompted to restart the computer,
click Yes.
- Test to see if the issue is resolved. If the issue continues to occur, repeat steps one through six until you reach the None setting or the issue is resolved.
If the Hardware Acceleration slider is at the None setting and the issue is not resolved, move the slider back to the original setting.
If the issue continues to occur after you update your video driver and reduce the graphics hardware acceleration, then your computer and your video adapter are not compatible with Picture It!.
You can use the program on a different computer or return Picture It! for a refund.
