OLEXP: Cannot Copy Information from TechNet to Outlook Express (248266)

When you paste a few words (under 30 chars) from Microsoft TechNet into a new Outlook Express e-mail or news message, no words are pasted. If you try to paste more than 65 words into a new Outlook Express e-mail or news message, you may receive the following error message:
Msimn.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, paste the information into Notepad, then copy the text from Notepad and paste it into the Outlook Express message.
