SYMPTOMS

When you remove an Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) package that includes a Connection Manager (CM) profile and then reinstall the IEAK package, the system does not correctly reinstall the CM profile. This occurs on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional on any platform.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.
