XFOR: GroupWise 4.x and 5.x Migration Is Not Supported for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean Languages (247458)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, the Migration Wizard does not support migration from Novell GroupWise 4.x and 5.x for Simplified Chinese (CHS), Traditional Chinese (CHT), or Korean (KOR) language contents.

WORKAROUND

Because there are no localized CHS, CHT, or KOR versions currently available, these language users need to use the US version of Migration Wizard. The following options are still listed in the US version of the wizard:
  • Migrate from Novell GroupWise 4.x
  • Migrate from Novell GroupWise 5.x

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
