WD2000: Help Not Available in Fax Wizard (246996)

SYMPTOMS

When you are in the Fax Wizard, the Help button may not be available.

CAUSE

The Office Assistant has been turned off.

RESOLUTION

To turn on Help in the Fax Wizard, follow these steps:
  1. If you are in the Fax Wizard, click Cancel.
  2. On the Help menu, click Show the Office Assistant.
  3. Restart the Fax Wizard.

To start the Fax Wizard, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, click New.
  2. On the Letters & Faxes tab, click to select Fax Wizard.
  3. Click OK.
