SYMPTOMS

When you try to print a map in Microsoft Streets and Trips 2000, you may receive the following error message:
Runtime Error!

Program ...ES\Microsoft Expedia Streets & Trips \System\Autmap71.exe

abnormal program termination

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:
  • The Lexmark SC1275 or the Lexmark 4039 Plus is your default printer.
  • The printer driver installed on your computer is outdated.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest Lexmark printer driver from the following Lexmark Web site:

http://drivers.lexmark.com/drivers.nsf
