You can disable the Outlook Stationery Picker Get More Stationery option by removing the URL reference within the registry.

Outlook users can click Stationery Picker if HTML has been selected as the message format on the Mail Format tab of Outlook Options (located on the Tools menu). In the Stationery Picker dialog box, they have the option to select more stationery by clicking Get More Stationary. Some organizations may want to restrict the usage of Get More Stationary by removing the following Value data entries from the registry:

Outlook 98:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Outlook
Value name: "GetMoreStationeryURL"
Value data (SZ): "http://www.microsoft.com/re.."

Outlook 2000:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook
Value name: "GetMoreStationeryURL"
Value data (SZ): "http://www.microsoft.com/re.."

If either Outlook 98 or Outlook 2000 does not have the above registry entries, you can force disabling of the Get More Stationary button by adding the above keys to the registry with an empty string Value data (SZ).
