SYMPTOMS

When you use Netscape Navigator as your default Internet browser, you find that when you click a Mailto: hyperlink on a Web page, a Netscape Messenger mail form is opened, even though Outlook is set as the default mail program on your computer.

CAUSE

This is a limitation in the Netscape Navigator Standalone versions 4.03 and later.
