The Convlog.exe file that is included with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 3.0 incorrectly converts dates after the year 2000.
CAUSE
A function that converted the date string to an integer contains a logic error.
RESOLUTIONWindows NT Server or Workstation 4.0, and Internet Information Server
