When you display or print labels in Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor, the label template may not be displayed or printed correctly.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you use one of the label styles listed in the following table. |

RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, create a custom label document. To do this:
- If Works 2000 is not running, start the program, click Works
Word Processor on the task launcher, and then click
Mailing Labels.
If a Works Word Processor document is already open, click
Labels on the Tools menu. - Click Multiple-entry labels, and then click
OK.
- Click Custom, and then type the label
specifications in the boxes provided.
- Click OK.
- Click New Document.
- On the File menu, click Save As.
- In the Save in box, browse to the folder in
which you want to save your custom label document.
- In the File name box, type a name for the
label document.
- Click Save.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
