SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft Windows 2000 on your computer, your Viking Universal Serial Bus (USB) modem does not work.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Windows 2000 does not support the Viking USB modem.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
