SYMPTOMS

Even if you choose not to synchronize the user list with a Microsoft Exchange server, you can still enter invalid user detail information in Team Solutions Manager. For example, you can enter an invalid manager name for a specific user, and this invalid information is saved.

RESOLUTION

To ensure that proper user detail information is entered in Team Solutions Manager, either synchronize the user information with a Microsoft Exchange server or perform periodic checks of the data that is entered.
