2-Digit Year in FTP Directory Date Not Displayed Correctly with 4-Digit Year Display Selected (243711)

SYMPTOMS

If you select a 4-digit year display in the Regional Settings tool in Control Panel, directory dates on an FTP server that is set to use 2-digit years may not be displayed correctly. Years before 1980 may be displayed as years after the year 2000. For example, the date 1-1-79 may be displayed as 1-1-2079.
