SideWinder 4.0: Unable to Move Through Dialog Box Using CTRL+TAB (243389)

When you click the Test tab of the properties dialog box for one
of the game controllers listed at the beginning of this article, you can
no longer press CTRL+TAB to move to the next tab you want to view.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the View in-game response
to selected scheme feature on the Test tab captures keyboard
input.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use a pointing device to click the next tab you
want to view.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
