This article was previously published under Q243365 SYMPTOMS When you try to use one of the devices that are listed in the "Applies To" section to
scroll through a document, the scrolling features may not work as expected on a Macintosh computer.CAUSE This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:
- An XLR8 Point&Scroll mouse is connected to your
computer.
- The XLR8 Point&Scroll software is installed on your
computer.
- The AutoScroll feature of the Point&Scroll mouse is
turned on.
RESOLUTION To work around this issue, click the wheel button on the
Point&Scroll mouse to turn off the AutoScroll feature.
